Spinal Adjustments

As chiropractors, we use our hands or specialized instruments to apply specific force to vertebrae and other joints that have become misaligned, freeing the body from structural distortions and nervous system stress.

X-Rays

X-rays are radiograph pictures of an area of the spine that allow us to see the alignment of the vertebrae, the force of gravity on the frame, and to rule out any pathologic disease process.

Electro-Muscle Stimulation

Electro-Muscle Stimulation is the physiological therapeutic use of electric impulses delivered to the muscles to elicit muscle contraction. This procedure relaxes the muscles, relieves pain, reduces inflammation, and helps speed the healing process.

Therapeutic Ultrasound

Therapeutic Ultrasound is a therapeutic treatment using high frequency sound waves that penetrate deep into the tissues, creating a heat response. This procedure increases blood flow, relaxes muscle spasms, massages damaged tissues, and speeds the healing process.

Intermittent Long-Axis Traction

Axis Traction is the mechanical force of distraction of the spine. This procedure helps to increase motion in the joints, increase nutrition to the discs, and decompress the disc.

Intersegmental Traction

Intersegmental Traction is a way of inducing passive motion into the spine for the purpose of stretching spinal joints and increasing mobility. This procedure helps increase and restore necessary elasticity and motion to the spine.

Diathermy

Diathermy is the controlled production of "deep heating" beneath the skin in the subcutaneous tissues, deep muscles, and joints for therapeutic purposes. This procedure is used to reduce pain, relieve muscle spasm, decrease soft-tissue contractures, resolve inflammation, and promote healing.

Cervical Pillows

We carry special pillows that are designed to provide neck and spinal support while you sleep, thereby giving you passive therapy.

Vitamin Supplements

We carry various vitamins and minerals that allow the body to function at its optimum.

Biofreeze

We carry Biofreeze, a topical analgesic product that relieves pain by using cold therapy. This
long-lasting, penetrating pain relief can last up to several hours.

Supports

We carry supports for the neck, back, and extremities that can enhance healing and help reduce further injuries.
